With 17 years of experience in the industry, Elaine is a true expert in all things hair. As Education Director and Assistant Manager at Stella & Shay, she’s passionate about learning, teaching, and bringing out the best in both clients and stylists.

Her impressive training includes two intensive master cutting courses with Vidal Sassoon, Kevin Murphy’s Session Salon training, and multiple advanced Kevin Murphy color and cutting classes. She’s also curly cut certified, Brazilian Blowout Original & Free certified, and spent eight years teaching at the Aveda Institute.

Beyond the salon, she’s a 5AM gym enthusiast, a Sudoku master, and a lover of Hallmark movies. A proud Buckeye fan (OH-IO!), she’ll also tell you that Graeter’s has the best ice cream—and she’s not wrong.

Whether she’s creating flawless color, perfecting a cut, or giving the most relaxing shampoo, her goal is simple: to make you feel amazing.
