Please note our cancellation policy has stayed consistent with same day cancellations resulting in a 50% charge. We do require a 24 hour notice when canceling however ANY cancellation made DAY OF APPOINTMENT will result in a 50% charge. No show appointments will be charged 100% of service fee. If you call during non business hours, we will use your time stamped voicemail as your time of cancellation. This makes it accessible for you to cancel during the weekends while we are closed.
